So it's been three years since the incredible Tony Wilson died, and Factory Record's collaborative designers Peter Saville and Ben Kelly have finally completed their tribute gravestone erected at his final resting place in Chorlton-Cum-Hardy, Manchester.
The minimalist, typographic approach is typical of the work of the group, and bears a strong resemblance to the house style of the record labels releases. The FAC number for the piece (501) is engraved on Wilson's casket, and will be the last piece ever branded to the Factory Records label.
